We love working closely with our clients to help implement a design strategy that creates both a wow factor as well as a functional space to suit each lifestyle.
- We provide complementary in-store design services.
- Would you like us to come to you? For $200 we will provide a 90 minute in-home design consultation. We will take measurements, photos, understand your goals, and discuss your budget. If you decide to hire us, a $1,500 retainer will be required prior to the development of space plans. 100% of the retainer will be applied to your minimum $3,000 order once it is placed within 60 days of signing the design contract.**
- If the scope of your project is beyond furniture you can discuss an hourly rate option with your DRH designer.
**If your order is less than $3,000 we will apply a proportionate % of the retainer towards your purchase.
The Design Process:
- Consultation: One of our Design Consultants will visit your space to discuss the nature of your project and learn more about your vision and lifestyle.
- Conceptualization: The DRH Designer will provide space plans, furniture layout and a design schematic based on the consultation.
- Completion: A meeting at the DRH Showroom will finalize the layout, schematic and the purchase order. Your DRH Designer will see your project through installation.
